If you have not used any of the wallet balance you have purchased, you have twenty days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund. The same payment method that you used to make the purchase will be used to refund you.
In case payment was made not by you but your payment info was used fraudulently you should contact our support as soon as possible so we can issue a refund provided that purchased wallet balance was not spent already on Virtual Items.
